I used to work for Playthings Company as a Toys Promoter/Merchandiser. As the name suggest, Toys Promoter, my job is to promote whatever toys that's brought in by the company. I'm mainly stationed in Metro Woodlands. This incident happened when I was serving a family of 4.
Even in your blue days, you'll have to smile and give it your best. I greeted the customer and gave them an intro of the product. After yammering for quite awhile, the 2 young gals pestered their dad, "Daddy Buy For Us Leh...!"
The dad's replied shocked me. He said, "BUY FOR WHAT? TO THROW AWAY ARH!"
I'm miffed First of all, I'm already not in a very good mood, but still I smile at you and second of all he actually slammed it back straight to my face. Ouch!
Thinking that the family had walked off , I couldn't helped but turned to my colleague, my thumb pointing behind my back, "That siao one, say buy go home throw away!"
My colleague gave me a look of warning and I turned back! SHIT, THAT DAD WAS JUST STANDING RIGHT BEHIND ME... ARHHH!!! I quickly act blur and walked away. I was mortified!
Haha~~~ That taughth me not to talk bad of customer immediately.
